Governance and Trustee Info

As the Defined Benefit Scheme has been closed to new members for up to 20 years (and to future accrual for around 13 years) the Company and Trustees considered different long-term governance models. As a result of this Capital Cranfield were appointed as the Scheme’s Sole Professional Corporate Trustee from 1 January 2021.
